A guy who has been Special Teams and relegated to #2 team the last several weeks will be the starter in the Playoff game (if Brooks is out)?

Sure seems like the guys (27 and 29) who have been carrying the non-Brooks load recently would be the favorites.

It could. But, the comment was "If Brooks can't go for some reason Pledger will be the starter."
If Brooks and Stevenson are both out, then I could see Pledger being the starter.
I was just curious where Brentwood was seeing that Pledger would be the guy if Brooks couldn't go.
His comment was that Pledger would be the starter. Not like he thought he would get the start.

If Brooks and Stevenson can't play, then the H-Backs/fullbacks will get some time at running back during passing situations. Pledger isn't big enough to pass block very well.
