I think he hobbled off several times only to return later in the game.I was wondering myself. He got pretty twisted up on the last tackle on him and looked like he hobbled off the field.
They aren't "honest" about injury information? Since when did not discussing the topic become dishonesty? They are simply providing privacy to the student athletes.OUr staff is not going to give out any health info on any player. THey're honest guys, but not about injury information.
..... and to conceal the "student" athlete's availability to opposing teams. They aren't "honest" about injury information? Since when did not discussing the topic become dishonesty? They are simply providing privacy to the student athletes.
I can honestly say they give no shits about that. OU is committed to protecting privacy. But yes, that's a definite positive side effect of being privacy conscious...... and to conceal the "student" athlete's availability to opposing teams.
My apology, Plaino. I took your post out of context. Agreed.Don't misunderstand me. I totally agree with the policy. Always have.
I'm just saying that when we ask about updates on a player who was injured in the previous game, any info we get is going to be shaky at least. That was the thread topic.
You make me blush. I always enjoy the nostalgia you bring with your personal stories. You're a treasure. No apologies necessary, Medic. There is no more respected guy on this board than you. The only poster that might be a little more so, is Senora Seniora.
