This year, I'm going to try Chamberlain's Steak & Chop House in Addison. Very close to your hotel (unless you're staying in Fort Worth). The reservation is for 6:30pm Friday, which may seem early, but we want you to fill your belly and go do your planned Dallas (or Fort Worth) nighttime festivities. I'll be there early enough to secure everything; no harm being a little late.
