He ran a 3-4 scheme at WSU focused on speed. The articles discusses Grinch’s belief in being aggressive and trying to force turnovers, as well having movement on the line to gain any last second advantages against the offense that the defense can get.
I started researching Grinch after reading Josh’s favorable comments on him this week... I love everything I see and think he would be a great fit here at OU including his ties to Leach at WSU similar to Lincoln Riley. Count me on the hire Grinch bandwagon.
