Not sure, quantitatively, how much our defense has actually improved as a unit. I, however, believe this 100%...That was the best effort we've had against a league leading power 5 RB in a LONG time. Although KSU's offense isn't great by any stretch, Barnes has avg. 5.7 yds a carry and over a hundred a game coming into this one. Has looked awesome in his past two games against "the rapists" and the "Longhorn Dream Crushers." We held him to easily his lowest totals of the year in yds and yds per attempt.
Dare I say we looked physical (Yes, I know it's shocking @Eddie_Radio) on the front 7 and our young pups showed us the future is looking brighter and brighter!
