Feedback to Brandon and Parker, but also curious how others feels.
First - I understand this is a Rivals decision. But hoping if you have not already that you communicate to CHQ that this eeks of poor customer service.
I love the site, the content, and how the OU Insider team operates. I also really appreciated how Brandon and Parker handled the transition from the 247 network to Rivals. But this is a negative IMHO. It is less about the $20…. Just not the way to treat a subscription customer IMO.
My opinion: if I pay for a premium subscription, having to pay extra to reduce ads is not appreciated. I notice even if you do pay the extra $20, it does not eliminate ALL ads. Here is the wording from Rivals:
“Ad-Lite eliminates almost all ads across the entire network, giving you a more focused experience in all articles and communities”
I’m sure the argument is that the premium subscription is for content.
Would appreciate a comment and feedback.
