It would be fun to go back and see how many of the posters now calling for the head of one Mike Stoops were the same ones touting him as the savior of all things OU football back in the winter of 2011-2012. In those days Brent V was the one who was incompetent, couldn't coach a lick of D, and had never done a thing without the football god Mike Stoops who could come in riding a white horse, run rough shod over the Big 12, and return OU football to its former glory. How do you like the scapegoat Brent V now? Miss him? How about his recruiting? Guess he can coach a little D. Every assistant coach at OU for the last decade has sucked according to the consensus of the football board wizards. Maybe Mike Stoops does too but I doubt you will like his replacement much better. Lest we forget Urban Meyer offered him 2 million a year to be DC at Ohio State but what does that hack know?
