I, as most on this board, get way too wrapped up in recruiting. A couple of questions:
1. What is the most common deciding factor in where a recruit ultimately chooses? Is it proximity, is it NIL, is it the position coach/coordinator/head coach, is it a winning tradition, is it the best path to NFL, is it playing time, is it friends on team, something else?
2. Should more focus be on the portal than on a 17 year old high school kid?
