A great week for OU sports

Softball had some good wins this week. The hitting seems to be picking up and some freshmen are getting playing time and they are playing .well. This team which was last season's National Champion is still very young and Knighten and Romano & Nichole Pendley are starting to hit well. Knighten was4-4 in a game yesterday.

OU ladies BB team had a great win vs. top 10 texas.I LOVE every win vs, texas

Baseball won a 3 game series vs. top 20 ranked Long Beach State to start the season. Both the hitting and the pitching are looking very solid compared to last season.

We also have some very strong Tennis and gymnastics teams doing well

OU's young mens basketball team played an excellent game at Stillwater and they led for much of the game
What made this week great was getting the commitment of the 5-star guard Young. That was HUGE for OU!

Yea, I need to follow the OU gymnastic teams more closely. I knew that both OU gymnastic teams were doing well but I did not know the women stomped #2 LSU

BTW, the win over number two LSU was in St Charles Missouri, not New Orleans. But it was still a great win. It was a four way, and the three others were all SEC teams. We face one of them, Georgia again this weekend in Norman.

OU has been great at Women's Gymnastics for a while, but this might be their best team ever. Maggie's got it going on.

Mine only tells me when I misspelled. It doesn't give me the right one. If I put the settings on the right correction, it corrects everything, and is wrong 2/3 of the time. Or more. So I spend most of my time, correcting the miscorrection.
