7 Baylor recruits asking out of their LOI.

I have no clue or have seen zero evidence that these kids were paid with money from Briles. I tend to think it has more to do with the head coach that recruited them was fired, and they no longer want to play for a program that now has confirmed the sexual assaults did in fact happen with the reagents taking action. Things like that tend to heavily tarnish the incentive of kids to want to play at a particular program. And I don't blame them one bit. I would be demanding the same thing.

What Billy Ray said.

Look, Baylor hasn't been good very long, and they aren't a historical powerhouse. There probably aren't any kids (or many) that are there thinking, "I completed my dream to play for Baylor!"
It's not a place like Oklahoma where regardless of the head coaching position, there will be a lot that just wanted to play for Oklahoma or the likes.

I do agree that there is probably a bit of foresight from some of these kids as they watch the noose cinch tighter. If sexual and physical assaults were running rampant and being swept under the rug, then you have to believe that many more less egregious offenses were being swept as well. There are probably at least a few players that liked the loose and wild atmosphere, and they don't want to be around when the interim coach and president take a knee-jerk response and bring the whip down on these boys.

There ain't going to be a lot of fun around the Baylor athletic department this year.

How many scholarships could we give? They have a few players I would like to have.

Just read where Baylor's #2 RB, Devin Chaffin, was kicked off the team for a marijuana bust in Oklahoma. Chaffin and his girlfriend were driving back from Colorado on spring break when they were stopped. The article also mentions he had two assault charges for roughing up his girlfriend, but the case(s) had not gone to court.

Really sucks to be a Baylor fan right now.....

Tangential for sure, that's why I haven't gone on a road trip to Colorado.
That wouldn't end well.

I used to wonder why California hadn't legalized yet until I moved here. There are at the very least 10 stores within 5 miles of my home; with names like 420 Doctor, THC Clinic, Green Goddess; and advertisements for receiving your medical card everywhere. There's no incentive for the partakers to assemble and vote. They've already got it.

Right next to the 420 Doctor is "Rapid Detox Clinic," with promises of 24hr detox and $4995 weekend rehab.

Right, and if caught with under 1 ounce, they write you a (mail in the fine) ticket?
