EDIT: After some discussion, we've agreed Mario is not justified as a 5 star yet, so that means only 5 of 15 would be justified. Assuming JFA, PJ, and Bowen end up being the real deal. So that would be a 33% success rate and 66% bust rate. OUCH.
ORIGINAL: Thought I'd look back on all of the 5 stars OU has signed since 2010, and see if their ranking ended up being "justified" or labeled a "bust". Since 2010, OU has signed 15 five stars, and IMO only 3 can be considered "justified" at this point. Which would be Joe Mixon, CW, and Mario Williams. Mario is borderline for me. His speed is elite, but I'd say he's probably worthy of a 5 star ranking.
Now, I do think JFA, PJ, and Bowen will all end up being justified of their 5 star status. I think they're the real deal. So if that happens, that means only 6 of 15 actually ended up doing anything noteworthy. Or a 40% success rate. I'm not necessarily trying to prove a point, just think it's interesting. And my goodness, I think we're going to get at least 2 five stars per class under this staff. Basically since 2010, OU is barely averaging 1 five star per class. "IT AIN'T GOOD ENOUGH!!!"

2019 (4) - The cursed class. Rattler, Bridges, Haselwood, and Wease. I'd have to say all 4 are busts. Rattler is a solid QB, but didn't live up to 5 star.
2018 (1) - Bookie (bust). FFS, how someone could ever rank a midget as a 5 star is beyond me.
