So we no longer have a Spencer, nor do we have a Kaleb, but will have a Kaleb Spencer next year.

Spencer is reported to be a safety/linebacker hybrid at 6'3" 200 lbs.

Venables' staff has slated him as their "Cheetah" position. Safety, linebacker, and even LOS edge rusher. A jack-of-all-trades on the defense. Decent size guy with speed.

They plan on putting 20 lbs of muscle on him and dropping his 40 yard dash time. He is reported to be very fast off the starting line (snap of the ball). Rivals has him listed as 210 lbs now. He was reported to be sky high with excited enthusiasm during Spring Game weekend. We should see him go to 4 stars this year. I was told he has a Roy Williams type of mindset.
