2022 OL Question

I know it has been discussed a bit on here, but is it a forgone conclusion that guys like Hayes and Chris Murray leave after this season? They both, in theory, could utilize the free year of eligibility granted last season because of Covid, right? Just wondering because I feel like being able to retain even one of them would be huge for the OL’s potential next year.
