And to clarify an issue, picks are permissible until kickoff of the game of the team you are picking. Through the years we've always allowed anyone to pick a team whenever they felt ready to. The start of another game has no bearing on a contestant's choice other than that team, or teams in conference play, is no longer available to be selected.
